Heroku alternative: Enzonic Deploy compared
Heroku made git push deploys famous and runs apps on dynos. Its cheapest dyno is the $5 Eco plan, which sleeps when idle. Enzonic Deploy has a free plan, detects the framework instead of using buildpacks, and keeps servers always on from $5.

Which one fits
Choose Heroku if you need
- A huge add-on marketplace and years of production use.
- Private Spaces with network isolation, and Shield for HIPAA and PCI workloads.
- Git and Docker deploys (Enzonic builds from source; Dockerfile projects are not supported yet).
What is different on Enzonic
- A free plan for apps and databases.
- Preview URLs for every branch out of the box.
- Postgres, MySQL, Valkey and more on the same plan instead of separate add-on bills.
Moving from Heroku
- 1Connect the repository; Procfile is not needed because Deploy detects the start command.
- 2Make the app listen on the PORT variable (Heroku apps already do).
- 3Create a Postgres database, restore a pg_dump of your Heroku database, and connect it to the project.
- 4Move config vars to environment variables.
