Questions
What does one plan include?
Every plan covers Enzonic Deploy, Enzonic Databases and Enzonic CI on the same account, and paid plans add the Rapidfile Upload API and Media limits. When you upgrade, all of them grow together.
How does yearly billing work?
A yearly plan costs ten months, so two months are free. You pay once a year by card or from your Enzonic balance, and you can switch from monthly to yearly at any time from the billing page.
Are team members charged per seat?
No. A team uses its owner's plan: projects, databases and usage of the team count against that plan, with no price per member.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Nothing is billed automatically. The console shows your usage, we email you as you get close, and you can upgrade when you need more.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from the billing page. Upgrades apply at once. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period you already paid for, and your projects and databases stay where they are.
